# Returns & Repairs Policy
# Returns
- Full-price products purchased online from Sailing into Space can be returned for credit in Australia within 14 days of dispatch date.
- Products must be unworn, in saleable condition, and returned via registered Australia post parcel.
- Credits are issued as gift cards, valid for 3 years and can be used online at sailingintospace.com
# Repair Returns
- Lodge your request via email.
- Items must be returned in original or similar protective packaging and returned to us via registered post.
- Return shipping costs will be added to your repair invoice.
#Recycling Returns
- Lodge your request via email.
- Proof of purchase is required; otherwise, a fixed amount will be offered ($30 for 9ct gold, $15 for silver).
- Jewellery must contain at least 80% of its original raw material to be eligible.
- Sailing into Space reserves the right to decline recycling requests.
# Important Notes
- Products purchased during sales may not be returned unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
- Bespoke items are not eligible for returns.
- It's the client's responsibility to safely return items, and Sailing into Space is not liable until receipt is confirmed.
