Who are we?

A jewellery designer, mum and a dreamer. With a background in film and television, I've been fortunate enough to work on some incredible projects, bringing stories to life through my creative eye. As a jeweller, I love experimenting with innovative materials and techniques to craft unique, bespoke pieces that sparkle with personality. I'm passionate about taking on new creative challenges and pushing the boundaries of design, always seeking to infuse my jewellery with a touch of magic and wonder.


Why sailing into space??

Year's ago my eldest son and I were playing at the park and he asked me to climb up onto his ship, "quickly!" As we set off.. he said "mum we're sailing into space".

This instantly resonated with me as I love the cosmic element and sailing has always been apart of our family life. My parents met sailing when they were 16 years old. They are still married and sailing together, nearly 50yrs later!. 

My youngest son one night when he was in bed also asked me "mum if you swam up to space with a tree could you still breath?"

There's something about the curiosity and creativity of a child's mind that fills me with inspiration. Our mission as a brand is to celebrate this whimsy, joy and every sentimental moment. To go where the wind blows and to feel the freedom of finding your own space to be... inspired, to love, to be curious, to listen to music, to sit in nature, to be nurtured, to dance and do whatever you feel in that moment. *Please note that customs and duties are not included in the pricing and additional costs may be incurred for some countries. The responsibility for such custom duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be imposed, rest with the customer.

PREORDERS

Preorder items will be shipped from the month listed on the product page at the time of placing your order. Should there be any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will update you by email on any changes to the arrival date.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with email title 'Order Cancellation' and your order number. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been shipped, but we will do our best to facilitate a return, after receipt of the order.

RETURNS

If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept your return within fourteen (14) days subject to the following conditions. 

• A returns request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days
• International customers within sixty (60) days. 
• The item/s are unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• The item/s must have all original packaging
• The item/s are not Final Sale

ORDER CONFIRMATION

*After payment confirmation, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a tax invoice and gift receipt. This email acknowledges receipt of your order, but doesn't constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order without liability.

*ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING

Delivery confirmation or pick-up notification serves as our acceptance of your order. We partner with third-party delivery companies, and you're required to contact them directly for any issues with lost or damaged items. Sailing Into Space PTY LTD isn't liable for special, indirect, or consequential losses related to delivery.

*Production times vary, and shipping times are estimates. Products marked as "Ready To Ship" are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you by phone or email.

*PRICE

*Prices and delivery costs include GST. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. International shipping costs and duties are calculated at checkout.

*BESPOKE & PERSONALISED

*Custom-made items can't be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.*UNCLAIMED REPAIRS*If we don't receive a response or instruction from you within 6 months of our initial contact regarding repairs or recycling, we reserve the right to consider the item unclaimed and recycle it in line with our sustainability practices.

*WARRANTY POLICY

*We provide a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Beyond that period, we offer a lifetime repair service for a small fee. Our warranty doesn't cover lost items, misuse, or third-party repairs.

*YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

*Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses.

For an accurate ring size measurement, we recommend visiting a local jeweler or using a ring sizer tool. If you have a ring that fits well, you can also compare its inner diameter to a ring size chart.
